A cleaning appointment is considered confirmed only after Geelong Clean Crew has accepted the booking and confirmed the agreed date and time.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details and property information at the time of booking.

We may contact the customer before the appointment to confirm the booking, access arrangements and service requirements.

  • Previous cleaning appointments

  • Weather conditions

  • Unexpected circumstances

  • Property access issues

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Where reasonably possible, we will notify the customer of significant delays or changes.

Customers must advise us before the appointment of any surfaces, materials or items requiring special cleaning products or methods.

Customers may request the use of specific cleaning products where reasonably practicable.

7. Condition of the Property

The final cleaning result may depend on the existing condition of the property.

We cannot guarantee the complete removal of:

Where practical, we will discuss additional work and applicable charges with the customer before proceeding.

9. End-of-Lease Cleaning

End-of-lease cleaning is intended to help prepare a property for inspection and handover.

While we aim to provide a thorough and professional clean, Geelong Clean Crew does not guarantee that:

  • A rental bond will be refunded

  • A property manager or landlord will approve the cleaning

  • All inspection requirements will be satisfied

  • All stains, marks or existing damage can be removed

Customers should provide any specific cleaning checklist or instructions supplied by their property manager or landlord before the service.

Where a customer believes an agreed cleaning area has not been adequately completed, they should contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that the matter can be reviewed.

Customers are responsible for paying all agreed charges for services provided.

Additional services or work outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

Where payment is overdue, Geelong Clean Crew may suspend or decline future services until outstanding amounts have been paid.

  • Booking details

  • Property address

  • Description of the concern

  • Relevant photographs where appropriate

We will review the concern and, where appropriate, work with the customer to determine a reasonable resolution.

16. Re-Cleaning or Rectification

Where a cleaning issue is determined to be the result of an incomplete or inadequate service within the original agreed scope, Geelong Clean Crew may, at its discretion, offer a reasonable rectification or re-cleaning service.

Re-cleaning does not apply to:

  • New dirt or damage occurring after the original service

  • Areas outside the original booking

  • Conditions that could not reasonably be cleaned

  • Permanent stains or damage

  • Additional work requested after completion

  • Issues caused by other contractors, occupants or third parties

17. Pets

Customers must notify us before the appointment if pets are present at the property.

For the safety of our team and the animals, customers may be asked to secure pets during the cleaning appointment.

18. Commercial and Specialised Premises

For commercial and specialised properties, including aged-care facilities, schools, child-care centres, cafés, bars, gyms and offices, additional requirements may apply.

Customers are responsible for providing relevant site procedures, access requirements, safety requirements and other information necessary for our team to safely perform the agreed services.

19. Health and Safety

The safety of our customers, employees, contractors and service providers is important to us.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or stop a service where we reasonably believe that conditions at the property are unsafe.

This may include exposure to hazardous substances, unsafe electrical conditions, aggressive animals, dangerous environments, severe pest infestations or other significant hazards.
